dreamy stay in the alps
stocked fridge glass containers fresh apples
i felt so at home. the mini fridge was stocked with goodies. there were two large glass containers of sparkling water i enjoyed. i found fresh apples too. the location was perfect, so close to the train and bus station.
the room i got was next to a building demolition. they began work each morning at 7:30 am. no one advised me previously of the noise.

i enjoyed the basement pool, even if small. a nice spa was next to the pool. there was a fitness center too. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety with foods to eat.

food was so nice at the restaurant. the chiefs are so cool at cooking. the staff helps you a lot with what you want. i do recommend the restaurant a lot to anyone.

great variety super clean room
i enjoyed the hotel's location a lot as it was very close to the train station. breakfast included a beautiful variety of food, and the room looked just like the photos i saw earlier.
the upbeat pop music played downstairs was a little too much at 6:45 am.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!
great variety decorated room convenient location
The breakfast had a great variety of foods. I found many options. My room was decorated very well! It also felt much bigger than I had expected. The location is super convenient. The train station is only a short walk away, and restaurants and shops are very close by!
One morning, I discovered a completely dirty towel in my room when I went to take a shower. I told the receptionist about this at check-out. The housekeeping manager seemed unsure how to handle it. This left me a little disappointed.

The room had wonderful decoration and details. I appreciated that the bathroom was spacious and clean. I also liked how the room had comfortable amenities, like a cozy seating area and a well-stocked mini-bar.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk from the train station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. A park with a playground is behind the hotel and it is super lovely for kids!

friendly staff convenient location fresh food broken control bathroom door room size
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is convenient, close to the train station. i found the breakfast to be a bonus with fresh and healthy foods available. it was a good start to each day.
i encountered a minor issue with a broken room control. the bathroom door did not work properly. i also noticed the room size could be more generous, especially considering the price.

convenient location included breakfast helpful staff dirty towel poor handling no apology
the location proved convenient, especially given its proximity to the train station. the included breakfast was nice. the front desk team showed kindness and gave helpful advice for hikes.
i found one towel in my room to be noticeably dirty during a shower. at check-out, i raised this issue with the receptionist. the housekeeping manager questioned if i was responsible for the dirt, instead of an apology.
