dreamy stay in the alps
stocked fridgeglass containersfresh applesbuilding demolition
i felt so at home. the mini fridge was stocked with goodies. there were two large glass containers of sparkling water i enjoyed. i found fresh apples too. the location was perfect, so close to the train and bus station.
the room i got was next to a building demolition. they began work each morning at 7:30 am. no one advised me previously of the noise.

i enjoyed the basement pool, even if small. a nice spa was next to the pool. there was a fitness center too. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety with foods to eat.

i enjoyed the hotel's location a lot as it was very close to the train station. breakfast included a beautiful variety of food, and the room looked just like the photos i saw earlier.

The breakfast had a great variety of foods. I found many options. My room was decorated very well! It also felt much bigger than I had expected. The location is super convenient. The train station is only a short walk away, and restaurants and shops are very close by!
One morning, I discovered a completely dirty towel in my room when I went to take a shower. I told the receptionist about this at check-out. The housekeeping manager seemed unsure how to handle it. This left me a little disappointed.

i found one towel in my room to be noticeably dirty during a shower. at check-out, i raised this issue with the receptionist. the housekeeping manager questioned if i was responsible for the dirt, instead of an apology.
