My stay at Schweizerhof Zermatt was mostly enjoyable. The newly renovated atmosphere was stylish, and with the amazing food options, I felt well taken care of, but the breakfast staff could really improve their service. I was also a bit surprised by how loud the music from the lobby was at night, which was distracting when trying to relax in my room.

I had a week-long stay at Schweizerhof Zermatt over New Year's and while the hotel offered a relaxing spa and a cozy atmosphere, my experience was mixed. On the upside, the location was perfect, just a quick walk from the train station, and the breakfast selection was excellent. However, our room was uncomfortably warm with no AC, and noisy crowds outside kept me awake. Overall, it was a nice trip, but the lack of cooling made it tough to truly enjoy.
